Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Orders of $29.00 and over — Free standard shipping
Orders under $29.00 — Flat rate $10.00
The shipping rate is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date your order is fulfilled. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Please note that processing your order may take 1–2 business days before it is handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ponlio.com.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@ponlio.com right away and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
