Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Address Ponlio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you realize an error has been made, contact us immediately at support@ponlio.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ponlio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Delays Ponlio is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
